To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests during their stay, we kindly request compliance with the following guidelines: • Smoking or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises. • Pets are not permitted on the property. • Quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00. • Maintain music and noise levels at a considerate volume. • Show respect and consideration towards neighbours. • Hosting events or parties is strictly forbidden. • Commercial photography is not permitted. • Report any damages that occur. • Glass items are prohibited in or near the pool area. • The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. • Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed. • Eating or drinking in the bedrooms is not allowed. • Take care of your keys. • Preserve the furnishings. • Clean dishes and utensils before checking out. • Dispose of trash and open containers before departure. • Respect community regulations. • Do not remove any property items. • Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Incorrect disposal of other items can cause pump malfunctions, leading to necessary repairs. Please note that damages resulting from negligence or non-compliance with these rules will incur charges. IMPORTANT NOTICE: When placing an order, remember to provide your address, telephone number, and the passports of all guests.
